By booking a session or engaging with Afreen Zaman Counselling & Consultancy Services, you agree to the following:

• All sessions are for personal and professional development purposes only and do not replace medical or clinical treatment.
• Clients are expected to be honest, respectful, and committed to the process.
• Session timings must be followed as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
• Payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking and are processed via Razorpay.

For consultancy projects and professional development services:

• Scope, timelines, and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon before the engagement begins.
• A formal MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) will be signed to outline the terms of engagement.
• Payment terms will be discussed and secured in advance, typically including part advance and part upon completion.
• An official invoice will be generated for all consultancy assignments.
• Any insights, strategies, or recommendations shared are based on experience and understanding, and outcomes may vary depending on execution and external factors.
• Clients are responsible for implementing the suggested strategies and actions discussed.
• Afreen Zaman Counselling & Consultancy Services reserves the right to reschedule sessions or modify timelines in case of unavoidable circumstances.
