Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here is our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling:

• All sessions are pre-paid and non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours will not be accepted.
• No-shows will be considered as a completed session.
• In case of genuine emergencies, rescheduling may be considered at our discretion.
